📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Title: Corporate Staff Accountant Overview: Hixen Search Group is seeking a Corporate Staff Accountant for a growing real estate company. The successful candidate will be responsible for journal entries, reconciliations, preparation of monthly financial reports, monthly variance analysis and other various accounting duties. The Staff Accountant works with a team of other Accountants and will report to the Corporate Controller. He or she will be given the opportunity to grow and take on more responsibility over time. Responsibilities:Assist with month-end close including journal entries and reconciliationsPreparation of monthly financial reports for leadershipReview GL entries to ensure proper use of GAAPVarious accounting duties as needed
