Currently looking for a Director of Maintenance to fill an opening with a well-established manufacturer in the Lathrop, CA area. Interested candidates should have previous background in a manufacturing setting and the ability to lead maintenance, utilities, building, and engineering departments. ResponsibilitiesGuide and oversee the engineering, maintenance, utilities, and facilities divisions.Accountable for recognizing, ranking, and tackling all maintenance concerns within the plant alongside Operations Management, fostering collaboration to enhance manufacturing processes.Offer daily and long-term guidance on maintenance and reliability, emphasizing the establishment of effective preventative maintenance schemes and their executionEnsure the safety and regulatory compliance of personnel, facilities, and equipment, adhering to pertinent safety and environmental statutes at municipal, county, state, and federal levels.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in engineering7+ years' experience in maintenance managementExcellent interpersonal and verbal communication skillsExperience in bottling and/or aseptic processing and packaging is strongly desired
