As a Learning & Development Partner at Holcim Building Envelope, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organizational growth and employee development initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, design tailored development programs, and deliver impactful training sessions. Your efforts will contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and high performance across the organization.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments to identify organizational and individual learning needs.Analyze performance gaps and recommend targeted learning interventions to address them effectively.Design comprehensive learning programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs at a variety of levels within the organization.Develop engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aidsBuild out Learning Library to make learning accessible to motivated teammates and managers.Facilitate engaging and dynamic training sessions both in-person and virtually.Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods to enhance learning effectiveness.Ensure training sessions are accessible, inclusive, and cater to diverse learning styles.Implement evaluation strategies to assess the impact and effectiveness of learning programs.Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and refinement.Continuously iterate on learning initiatives to ensure relevance and alignment with evolving business needs.Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.Leverage innovative learning technologies and tools to enhance the delivery and accessibility of training content.Collaborate closely with HR business partners, subject matter experts, and leadership to align learning initiatives with business objectives.Build strong relationships with stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for learning programs.Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Business or a related field.Preferred 3-5 years experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate environment.Strong instructional design skills and expertise in developing engaging learning materials.Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to captivate and inspire diverse audiences.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.Passion for learning and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous development.

Travel Requirements: 15-20% (primarily U.S. and Canada; other international possible)
