Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the warehouse floors through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.Conduct routine sanitization of production equipment using specialized equipment and chemicals.Efficient waste management, separating recyclables and organic material.Operate and maintain cardboard balers and garbage receptacles.Clean and upkeep restrooms and break areas.Handle sanitizing chemicals safely and effectively.Report any equipment malfunctions to management.Adhere to safety, health, and quality standards, including OSHA, USDA or FDA guidelines, and internal procedures.

What We’re Looking For

Age 18 or older.Ability to follow verbal instructions, read labels and safety warnings.Self-motivated with the capacity to work autonomously.

Physical Demands

Regularly required to reach, stoop, bend, and move around during the shift.Push/pull and empty carts weighing up to 100 pounds.Continuous standing or walking throughout the shift.Ability to work in temperatures between 35-40°F.

Preferred Background

High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is a plus.Six months of sanitation experience in a food production setting is preferred.
