📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:Coordinating all installation, maintenance, and repair workOversee team of maintenance technicians and oversee inventory control for both machine parts and toolsResponsible for facility maintenance inventory control, to includeReplacement partsMiscellaneous shop items needed for repairs, maintenance and cleaningToolsTraining of new hiresShift supervising of techniciansWorking with the manager to develop facility specific SOPsAssist with repairs and maintenanceScheduling day-to-day workFoster a workplace that upholds Holistic Industries’ aim to be the Best Place to Work, Shop and Invest in CannabisOther duties as assigned, or any reasonable request from any member of management

Education/Experience:High School Diploma or GED with over 2 years’ experience.Advanced technical skills in a maintenance specialty preferred
Technological Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
Required Knowledge and Skills:Excellent written and verbal communications skillsProfessional demeanor, strong work ethicAble to maintain confidentialityAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment
