Essential Job Functions

Codes and books repair ordersEnsures appropriate labor times, labor operations, parts and sublet pricing assigned to each repairEnsure corrected amounts are reported to management to prevent overstating amounts dueServes as a liaison between the Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Service Advisors, Dispatcher, Parts personnel and TechniciansScans and files repair ordersIssues and invoices purchase orders for sublet vendors

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent.Ability to work independently to solve problems and operate in a multi-tasking environment.Strong inter-personal skills. Demonstrated organizational ability with a high level of attention to detail.Ability to communicate effectively.

Pay

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $15.79 - $21.32 USD per hour.
