Honda on Arapahoe has an outstanding opportunity for a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join their team and the Holman Family!

What will you do?

Cultivate purchases of used vehicles directly from customers.Work all leads from KBB ICO via Dealer Socket, Automotive Mastermind, Vauto Reports and turns from sales associates.Document all pertinent data and communications in Dealer Socket (DS) and Automotive Mastermind (AMM).Determine the most effective way to stay in contact with the customer, plan next action and ensure proper notation in DS and AMM.Execute appraisals by utilizing vendor software and follow process prescribed by the GSM.Provide written offers.Ensure every customer receiving an offer is introduced to a sales manager.Maintain and improve customer relations with every interaction.Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

What are we looking for?

Ability to use computer software programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Work and Excel.Experience with vendor software such as Automotive Mastermind, Dealer Socket and CDK preferred.Previous customer service experience preferred.Ability to effectively manage the tools available and execute the agreed upon plan in order to accomplish the assigned tasks in an efficient manner.The ability to be creative and flexible to review amend and create processes that focus on the end goal (additional sales, purchasing pre-owned inventory, increasing the customer experience).

Pay

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $16.54 - $22.34 USD per hour.
