Role Description This is a full-time AM & PM for a Front Desk Agent at Home2 Suites by Hilton Near Domain in Austin, TX. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for welcoming and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, answering phone calls, handling guest inquiries and requests, and providing exceptional customer service. The Front Desk Staff will also perform administrative tasks and provide support to other hotel staff as needed.
Qualifications Excellent phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and customer service skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsComputer literacy, including proficiency in hotel management systemsAbility to handle stressful situations calmly and professionallyAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPrior experience in the hospitality industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent
