RequirementsDemonstrated General Liability Experience, including depositions, court appearances, and preparation and argument of motionsJD from an ABA-Approved Law SchoolActive license to practice law in the state of Georgia3 – 4 years of experience at a defense firm (ideal)Strong writing and speaking skillsProven ability to manage complex casesOutstanding analytical skillsAbility to conduct depositions and manage discoveryPassion for litigation
Additional InformationSalary will vary depending on years of experience, and in addition to the base salary, quarterly and annual bonuses are also available.
