Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Registered Nurse. As a Registered Nurse at Hometown Care, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams, and administering medications and treatments. You will also be responsible for monitoring patients' conditions, documenting patient information, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licenseExperience in providing direct patient care and administering medicationsKnowledge of medical procedures and protocolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skillsAttention to detail and ability to multitaskBasic computer skillsExperience with electronic medical records (EMR) is a plus
