Director Finance, FP&A

As an FP&A Director in the Smart Energy & Thermal Solutions (SETS) business unit at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis activities. You will be responsible for providing strategic financial insights, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting to support business decision-making. Your expertise in financial analysis and planning will contribute to the success and growth of our business. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the financial performance and strategic direction of the SETS business unit.

You will report directly to our SETS CFO and work out of Houston, TX Industrial Automation Headquarters on a hybrid work schedule (requiring at least 3 days per week in-office).

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial planning and analysis activities for the SETS business unit Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and optimize business operations Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior leadershipYOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a similar role Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software
