As a Field Service Engineer 1 β Conveyor Systems /Electrical & Mechanical here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and expertise to our customers in the Mechanical Systems & Conveyor Components business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business.
You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our 1 location on an alternating work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues for our customers Provide technical support and expertise for our Conveyor Systems solutions Provide technical support and expertise for our Mechanical Systems & Components solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
YOU MUST HAVE
1+ year of Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or Industrial troubleshooting and repair experience
MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Ability to work multiple shifts as needed
WE VALUE
Previous experience troubleshooting material handling equipment (conveyors, palletizers, robotics)
PLC Experience Preferred
Previous customer service experience
