Welder Advanced - Level 3

As a Welder Advanced - Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for performing advanced welding operations on various components and structures. You will utilize your expertise in welding techniques and equipment to ensure high-quality welds and meet production targets. Your role will involve working with a team of skilled welders and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced welding operations using various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols to determine welding requirements. Set up and operate welding equipment, including welding machines, torches, and other tools. Inspect welds for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects. Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to safety guidelines.

YOU MUST HAVE

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Welder Advanced knowledge of welding techniques and equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols Good communication and teamwork skills

WE VALUE

Welding certification (e.g., AWS, ASME) Experience with welding stainless steel and aluminum Knowledge of welding codes and standards Familiarity with welding inspection techniques Ability to operate welding robots and automated systems
