Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role as an Order Processor located in Willow Grove, PA. The Order Processor will be responsible for daily tasks related to order processing, including calling patients for any information missing, calling Drs. offices for prescriptions, maintaining positive relationships with clients, following up on orders so they can be quickly processed, checking insurances, placing the actual order and other tasks as required.
QualificationsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesPrevious experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial
