Metal Container Production Supervisor: Leads and oversees team in assembling, finishing, and outloading metal containers, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency.Responsibilities:Manage team performance, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to standards and schedules.Maintain inventory, prepare reports, and administer Union contract and company policies.Foster safe work environment, ensure product quality, and meet production goals.Qualifications:1+ year college + 3 years manufacturing/supervisory experience.Strong communication and scheduling skills.Ability to speak Spanish and English fluentlyM-Th 10 Hour Days, overtime on Fridays and occasional weekendsDirectly Supervises: Hourly Production Employees
