📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are proud to represent a beautiful full-service hotel seeking to add a new Director of Sales to lead their sales team for a spectacular property located on South Padre Island, TX. This role is responsible for actively selling across multiple market segments with a focus on group room needs for the hotel. This person will also oversee a team of Sales Managers and a Sales Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity looking for someone to advance their career whilst taking advantage of a strong work/life balance. Once their sales office is in order, they are willing to offer hybrid/remote flexibility.
COMPENSATION: Base Salary up to $100,000 + bonus, health benefits, relocation assistance, PTO and more!
Director of Sales Skills / Qualifications:- At least 2+ years Director-level sales role within a full-service hotel- Ability and experience leading a team of hotel sales professionals- Experience and success as an active seller
