Franchise Business Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Business Coach to join our House of Colour USA team. As a Franchise Business Coach, you will work closely with our stylists and franchisees to help them achieve their business goals and increase revenue. Your expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, personal development, and sales will be instrumental in guiding our stylists towards success.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate and motivate others.

We are looking for a candidate who has been a business owner or executive themselves and has transitioned out of that role and now operates as a coach. As noted in this description, experience in these TWO areas (personal business experience and coaching experience) is required.

Note - we are not conducting interviews for this position until May 2024.

ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on-one coaching sessions to stylists, focusing on business development strategies, goal setting, personal development and problem-solving. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with the franchisor to develop strategic plans and action steps to achieve our franchisees' needs and business objectives. Assist franchisees in developing effective sales strategies, including lead generation, negotiation techniques, and customer relationship management. Support franchisees in implementing project management best practices and ensuring timely completion of key initiatives. Utilize software tools (Netsuite) to track communication and develop relationship management systems to track progress and measure success. Monitor franchisee performance and provide ongoing feedback and guidance for continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in franchise business coaching.

QualificationsProven experience as a business owner/executive AND a business coach or similar role. Strong knowledge of business development strategies, strategic planning, sales techniques, and project management principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to franchisees. Demonstrated ability to build rapport with individuals and establish trust-based relationships. Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data. Ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs and provide innovative solutions. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred).
