📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Formed in 2008 as TigerRisk Partners, a privately-held reinsurance broker and risk/capital management advisor with a selective list of current and prospective customers. Primary Responsibilities Review and create PDFs of final Reinsurance Contracts, Interests and Liabilities Agreements, and related documents at direction of the Contracts Wording TeamTransmit final Reinsurance Contracts, Interests and Liabilities Agreements, and related documents to ceding companies and reinsurers at direction of the Broking TeamTrack status of transmitted documents via tracking toolMonitor and manage Transmittal Shared Mailbox in OutlookPrepare regular reports on status of transmitted documentsFollow up with outstanding markets for signaturesCompile fully executed documents into single PDF filesUpdate contract files with executed documentationCommunicate and coordinate with broker, contract drafter, and transmittal specialist as requiredPerform other miscellaneous duties as assigned QualificationsExperience with Adobe and Microsoft Office products, Word/Excel a plusExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent organization skillsLegally authorized to work in the US
