Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, entrepreneurial, licensed life/health insurance agent to join our team in a 100% commission-based role. As a Financial Educator, you will play a crucial role in delivering introductions to our financial literacy educational content platform on personal finance, investment strategies, budgeting, saving, and more. You will work closely with our Heartfluenzer team leader to engage families using custom digital informative materials tailored to our audience's needs.

Responsibilities:Introduce and present the HowMoneyWorks financial literacy educational platform to others interested in learning more about how money worksEnthusiastically embrace our mission to teach 20 million families how money works within the next decade by fostering discussions on financial literacy,Ability to make public presentations of the HowMoneyWorks platform to individuals 1-on-1 or larger groups both in person (live) and online via (Zoom)Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in personal finance and financial literacyParticipate in live weekly training events, workshops, and seminars as a presenter or panelist to promote financial educationParticipate in annual company conferences regional and national seminars

Compensation:This is a 100% (uncapped) commission-based role, meaning your earnings will be directly tied to your performance and the revenue generated from your educational initiatives. You will have the opportunity to earn competitive commissions and recurring revenue based on your sales and contributions to the company's growth.Qualifications:Current Insurance License from any State/USA (required) or willing to study online to pass the state license exam within 30 days after signing the AMA (required)BA degree or advanced degrees or certifications are preferred but not requiredAbility to pass background, and state insurance licensing test requirementsStrong interest in financial education, counseling, advising, or a related roleAbility to understand personal finance principles, investment strategiesExcellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and accessible manner both in person and online (Zoom)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up-like environment and remain positive through ambiguityRelentless passion for helping others improve their financial literacy A teachable, humble, learner with the ability to accept honest feedbackA continuous learner mindset with grit committed to a lifetime of self-growthWilling and able to follow instructionsA no-quit, self-motivated, determined, persevering mentalityProven ethical and honest with a trustworthy reputation
