Senior Manager, M&A
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We're looking for a dynamic Senior Manager of M&A Integration with strong M&A transactions experience and exceptional project management skills.
In this role, you will lead the coordination of teams during the M&A integration process, focusing on integrating new acquisitions into the finance tech stack, managing audits, and optimizing onboarding procedures.
Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to design and implement onboarding plans for post-acquisition finance and accounting operations.Collaborate with the diligence team to assess and plan resources, refine accounting policies, and manage financial adjustments.Ensure compliance with ASC 805, coordinating with valuation firms and managing auditor relationships.Advocate for and implement strategic improvements to enhance the onboarding process.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Extensive experience in M&A and project management within a corporate or consulting environment.Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements, including ASC 805.
