Responsibilities:A real estate asset manager is searching for a Senior Accountant to maintain and manage accurate financials for a portfolio of their industrial properties.Reporting to the Head of Property Accounting, you’ll support property and asset managers in reviewing and preparing monthly variance reports, and Tenant Billing reports.You will also monitor the AR & AP process and provide support for upcoming accounting projects.Preparing financial reports.Maintaining records of company assets.Preparing and ensuring the accuracy of all ledgers, accounts, portfolios and balance sheets.
Requirements:Bachelors degree in accountingMinimum of 3+ years of property accounting - open to asset class.High preference to candidates with steady work history.Upbeat and positive attitude; willingness to learn and collaborate.Strong use of Yardi, as well as Excel (i.e. V-lookups, Pivot tables, sum-ifs)
