HR Growth Partners LLC is looking for a Paid Media Manager to collaborate across internal teams to develop and implement engaging social content for various clients. They will also assist with other digital tasks including advertising, website content updates, and email.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to consistently provide creative content, grow organic social media accounts, and understand how to make the ever-changing algorithms work for clients across platforms. Experience in paid promotion is also a plus.

Work you'll do:
This role calls for a savvy marketer who can take creative ad ideas from conception to fruition and scale appropriate budgets across platforms. This person must be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, must be wildly creative, and must display “out of the box” thinking.
Responsibilities
Work hand-in-hand with our marketing teams in developing strategies for existing and prospective clientsImplement Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Google AdWords, and Twitter advertising campaignsMarket-research new product solutions to assist in our overall methodology and approachManage retargeting campaigns and effortsWork alongside our creative team to optimize and test new ad creative and landing pagesOptimize campaign, audience, creative, budgets, and bids across multiple channels to target ROI/Performance goalsWork with creative, marketing, and sales teams to build and test campaign ideasProvide reports and updates as needed per client requirementsMonitor buying strategies and keeping abreast of industry trends
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field3+ years of experience in a professional hands-on Paid Media settingMeta certificationHands-on experience using social media for brand awareness and lead generation. Facebook expertise with an emphasis on CPA, CPL, ROI, and ROAS campaignsStrong understanding of Digital Media and Paid Media specificallyGoogle Tag Manager & Google Analytics experience is a plusProficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
