Work you'll do:

This role calls for an experienced, driven, and detail-oriented Search Engine Optimization Manager to help formulate and execute SEO strategies for B2B clients. Clients range from mid-market to enterprise-level. As part of our growing SEO team, the SEO Manager will work with the Director of SEO to create and execute on-site, off-site, and technical SEO strategies that align with the client’s goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals.Develop and maintain KPIs including CTR, search rankings, conversion rates, and domain authority. growth, search traffic growth, technical SEO issue resolution, and website performance.Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for content optimization.Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, content, and internal links.Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content production.Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics.Identify technical SEO issues and work with the development team to implement solutions.Stay updated with search engine algorithms and industry trends to adapt strategies.Build and manage a backlink strategy to improve the domain authority.Provide SEO recommendations for website structure and user experience improvements.Create and present regular reports on SEO performance and progress.In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.Creative thinking to develop innovative SEO strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred)5+ years in SEO with a track record of improving organic search performance.Excellent communication skills: ability to present to leaders and stakeholders.Experience with content management systems and website optimization.Technical expertise to identify SEO issues and resolve them with the dev team.In-depth experience managing data and reportingKnowledge in HTML & CSS.
