Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Recruiter at HR Wise LLC located in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing the applicant tracking system, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. You will also be involved in implementing recruiting strategies and building relationships with candidates and external partners.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisitionFluency in English and SpanishExperience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment softwareStrong knowledge of employment laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple prioritiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills
