Creative Project Manager

As the Digital Creative Project Coordinator Assistant for the HSAD Creative Solutions Group, you will be assisting project managers in delivering our digital creative projects. Your role will involve handling requests, assisting in orchestrating timelines, and overseeing projects from a scheduling perspective from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the intricacies of digital creative work and advertising production.

• *Duties and Responsibilities:**- Efficiently triage incoming requests, prioritizing them based on project scope and deadlines.- Assisting closely with project managers to assign creative tasks, set up review schedules, and provide transparent communication on task progress.- Actively participate in allocation and status meetings, ensuring all requestors are aligned on project timelines and deliverables.- Assist in breaking down digital creative and content creation requests into manageable tasks, facilitating smooth execution and timely delivery.- Proactively communicate with project managers and team leads to identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks, keeping projects on track.
• *Requirements and Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree in digital advertising, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.- Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, with a knack for organizing and tracking tasks.- Prior experience in digital creative operations or managing creative workflows within a fast-paced environment.- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively, keeping multiple projects moving forward simultaneously.- Exceptional problem-solving skills and communication abilities, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
