Job Description:Develop, customize, and maintain Smartcomm templates for customer communications.Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Ensure templates meet quality standards, are efficient, and adhere to best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to template development and deployment.Stay updated with Smartcomm platform upgrades and new features.
Requirements:Proficiency in Smartcomm platform.Experience in developing and maintaining Smartcomm templates.Strong understanding of document composition and customer communication management.Knowledge of Java or other relevant programming languages.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
