Technical Sourcer/Recruiting CoordinatorMUST be onsite NYC a few days a week!
Looks for a full time contractor to support our client -they bring together our consumer data across multiple platforms to orchestrate consistent, targeted and personalized omni-channel customer experiences.
Responsibilities:Own the sourcing and prescreening for technical hiringStrategically and creatively source passive candidates.Develop relationships with Sales leadership to collaborate during the hiring process.Provide top notch candidate experience. Manage the interview scheduling
Requirements2-4 years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience: corporate or agencyRecent sales recruiting experience requiredAbility to flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment.Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities.Commitment to excellence and top performance.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Rate dependent on experience, starts at $50/hr - on site 2-3 days NYC
