Paralegal- Vendor Management for Hedge Fund
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client a multi-strategy hedge fund is looking for a Paralegal to join the team. This position will report to the Assistant GC and will handle and negotiate vendor agreements. You MUST be able to negotiate these on your own and work independently.
The person will work closely with the attorney and other legal professionals, assisting with legal affairs of the firm.
Take ownership of your work, attention to detail, work 3 days a week in the office, and be part of the team environment, also work in a highly fast paced environment.
BS Degree, or JD Open to years of experience but want to stay within a Paralegal role. Hedge or Private Equity experience a plus, or law firm experience with negotiating vendor agreements. Team Player.
Salary will be $150-$200K all in including bonus
