Human Resource Dimensions is seeking a 3-6 month contract recruiter for a client in Kennesaw, Georgia. The recruiter will assist in job postings, sourcing, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers. We are seeking a recruiter who can also create reports and charts on recruiting analytics. MUST HAVE ADP WORKFORCE NOW experience! This role is onsite every day.
Job Description:Responsible for sourcing new talent for the company - primarily hourly admin roles and sales roles.Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and open the requisitions.Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.Schedule interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
Qualifications:Experience in creating reports on recruiting analytics. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
