📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
The Process Control Project Engineer/Manager is a contract position, expected to last 12 months, working on-site at one of our Oil & Gas clients located in Corpus Christi, TX.
Process Control Project Engineer/Manager Responsibilities
Manage portfolio of Process Control, PLC, Cybersecurity, and Instrumentation projects for a Liquefaction facility. Provide input for 5-year CAPEX plan. Oversee project development and execution prioritizing safety and performance. Coordinate all project phases ensuring compliance and quality. Lead multi-disciplinary teams and contractors. Ensure technical integrity and compliance with regulations. Deliver projects on time and within budget ensuring safe LNG operations. Participate in audits and reinforce safety and environmental standards. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders. Conduct site walk-downs to support project requirements.
Qualifications
Process Control Project Engineer/Manager Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. 10+ years of Project Manager or Engineer experience. Minimum 5 years experience in oil refining, petrochemical, or LNG facility. Knowledge of MOC processes and project management. Valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card. PMP certification preferred. Recent LNG experience desired. Residence within commuting distance of Corpus Christi, TX.
