Lab Support Specialist Responsibilities
Collaborate with Research Scientists to conduct polymer testing for construction applications. Execute laboratory projects to facilitate Polymer Research & Development initiatives. Perform maintenance and calibration tasks to uphold ISO compliance standards. Maintain a high level of safety awareness and adherence to protocols. Support laboratory team by assisting in equipment repairs and contributing to process improvement initiatives.
Lab Support Specialist Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a science-related field, preferably chemistry. Previous experience working in a laboratory setting is preferred. No medical clearances required; no respirator used, primarily working with water-based chemicals. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to process improvements.
