In this role, you will be responsible to s upervise, train, and inspect the assigned Banquet staff's performance, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards. Assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests. Directs, implements, and maintains a service and management philosophy that guides respective staff.

Requirements
Prior culinary background within hotels Schedule flexibility is a must, as this leader will support all shifts of the food and beverage operation Have excellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluentlyHyatt brand experience is a plus
