Buffet Attendant | Full-time (AM Shift)

We are in search of a friendly and reliable Buffet Runner to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests.

The Buffet Runner is primarily responsible for setting up, breaking down and maintaining buffet items, ensuring that they are fresh, hot, and appealing. Responsibilities will also include transporting food from the kitchen to the buffet, ensuring that buffet items are properly stocked, maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the buffet area, equipment, and utensils. They will also assist with running food from the kitchen to guest tables in the restaurant and/or the lobby bar, and assisting guests as needed.

This shift stats at 5:00am, therefore early morning, weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

A positive attitude and a friendly personality A high school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as Buffet Attendant or Food Runner role is preferred but not required Prior experience in food service or hospitality is preferred A valid Texas food handler’s certificate A flexible schedule that includes early mornings, weekend and holiday availability A positive attitude and a customer-oriented approach The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
