What does the role entail?
The Pizza Attendant is responsible primarily for assisting guest's food and/or beverage orders. This person must have exceptional communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. This is a fast-paced position with constant customer interaction and cash handling.

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Refined customer service and phone etiquette. Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, including working knowledge of POS Systems. Previous food & beverage and hotel experience preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time. Must be fully available on weekdays, weekends, holidays, Spring Break and the Summer Season. Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight. California Food Handlers Certification required. California RBS Certification required.
