Staff Accountant( Junior)

Job SummaryAs part of the Finance and Accounting Team of HydraForce, you will contribute your expertise, create the necessary transparency, face diverse challenges and act independently and entrepreneurially as a business partner.

ResponsibilityPrepare financial statements.Complete Journal EntriesComplete Account reconciliationsBe responsible for aligning with internal controls.Assists with company strategic planning.Assists with special projects as required.Performs other duties as assigned by manager

Physical RequirementWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:Analyze financial and statistical data.Calculate figures and amounts.Accurately complete detailed financial reports.

Work EnvironmentOffice Work environment. This position will be onsite for 90 days for training purposes. Going forward, it will be on Hybrid schedule of two days of remote work.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Accounting or equivalent.Three to five years’ experience in financial reporting.Ability to work with all levels of management.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.Knowledge of ERP systems, 4th shift or SAP a plus.Commitment to excellence and high standards.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
