Responsibilities: The Communication Specialist is responsible for internal communication to inform, engage and inspire. This includes creating and facilitating messaging to reinforce the desired company culture; promote positive employee morale; foster employee appreciation efforts; and build internal company brand.

Job Type: Full-Time. Position can report from our Sullivan IL or Princeton KY or Huntingdon TN facilities.

Partner with leadership to plan, develop and implement internal communicationsCollaborate with leadership and teams on strategies and programs to increase employee engagementDevelop internal communication strategies to build and strengthen a consistent company brand imageEnsure communication is effectively and efficiently shared across the organizationContinually seek new and innovative methods for effective communication Maintain company intranetCoordinate forums that enable healthy exchange of thoughts and ideasCreative and challenges status quoBachelor’s degree and/or three years of related communication experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceStrong creative writing and ability to communicateExperience in building relationships across all department levels for effective and efficient communication Highly organized with strong attention to detail within fast-paced environmentComfortable with public speaking
