Our client is a well-known name in the Capital Markets & securities space globally, widely recognised for their work in the CM space and clientele boasting large teams and market-leading partners.
They have offices worldwide and are a full-service law firm with well-known partners and a growing team. They work in various different industries, such as technology, life sciences, financial services and more.
The firm is looking for someone with large law firm experience in Capital Markets, securities and public companies. Securities experience including debt and equity, corporate governance matters and compliance matters. Ideally, you will have around 3-5 years of experience to join their growing Capital Markets team. The team works with funds, underwriters, private companies and various other companies from private placements to IPO's, and would like someone who could mesh in well with the team.
