📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Description:A leading Medical Device company are actively seeking a motivated candidate to fill their Sanitization Processor opportunity. This is an initial 12-month contract role with opportunity to extend/ convert to FTE. This is an onsite role is based out of Irvine, CA and the salary ranges between $17-20/hour depending on experience.The main function of a sanitization processor is to ensures bioburden reduction of all manufacturing aids, tools, and equipment in keeping with regulatory and company standards.
Requirements:H.S. Diploma or equivalent.1+ years of experience in a GMP clean room or Medical Device experience preferred.Understanding of load configurations and autoclave operations for autoclaves used for sanitization of tooling and supplies.Basic computer skills required.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare tools received from HVT isolation and final assembly - including washing, cleaning, and wrapping - for sanitization, per department procedures or Engineering requests.Load tools and manufacturing aids in the appropriate autoclave and/or oven per specified diagrammed instructions, and initiate equipment cycle for sanitization, per department procedures or Engineering requests.Review, follow and perform job functions in compliance with work instructions and adherence with SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records.
