📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Government Contracts Administrator 2 is responsible for assisting in the management of the company's procurement vehicles including but not limited to federal national and state/local purchasing contracts.

What you will be doing:Assist the government contracts and proposal services teams in preparing formal responses to any new contract vehiclesAssist the government contracts team with meeting the requirements of pricelist updates, including price justification requirements, historical data, etc.Work with government contracts team to provide internal training to HR, procurement, sales and additional internal departments on compliance requirementsPrepare business case for any new contract vehicles requested to increase revenue in the vertical marketsAct as first point of contact for customers regarding pricing, invoicing, maintenance, modifications, service or other related questions and issues.Monitor existing contracts for compliance with requirements, renewal dates, action items, regulations and any other issues.Assist the government contracts team with implementation of any compliance requirements under the contracts, including compliance manual creation and updates.Act as an internal resource for government contracts team for quoting and contract scope assistance, ensuring quotes are within contract limitations.Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland’s Information Systems Security Policy
