Position Overview: The Rehab Account Specialist will be instrumental in managing and expanding our relationships with rehabilitation centers, physical therapy practices, and chiropractic clinics. This role is ideal for individuals with some sales experience in the healthcare sector who are looking to further their career in a meaningful and dynamic field.
Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the rehabilitation and therapeutic sectors.Identify and target potential customers, initiating contact and developing strategies to encourage new or expanded engagements.Conduct visits to client facilities to demonstrate product benefits, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.Achieve sales targets and quotas within your designated territory through effective planning and budgeting.Respond to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and ongoing support.Collaborate with the marketing team to utilize promotional materials.Participate in events such as trade shows, seminars, and workshops.Maintain comprehensive knowledge of market trends, industry challenges, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products. Qualifications:2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in physical therapy, chiropractic, or medical sales but open to other industries.Impeccable attention to detail, grit & unstoppable enthusiasm combined with strong sales acumen.Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and managing customer relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong client connections.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel domestically as required.Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
