About HMGMA HMGMA is the abbreviation of Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America. It is Hyundai Motor Group's first dedicated EV mass-production plant and is an innovative plant with cutting-edge production technology applied. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Perform Material Testing duties for EV components & Tool Calibration sections.Evaluate department processes; recommend process and product improvements.Handle customer test requests and EV efficiency testingOperate EV Efficiency and Environmental Chamber Testing equipment.Review EV Models certifications and maintain records.Conduct product testing and first article and final inspections when needed.Work with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.Continuously improve the testing and evaluation process to ensure that it is efficient, effective, and aligned with industry best practices.Additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & PreferencesRequired:A bachelor’s degree of higherAdvance Metrology Skills. Efficient operation and knowledge of Dynamometer and Environmental chamber operationsKnowledge of automotive systems, including EV, chassis, and electronic systems.Ability to understand, read and establish fluent technical English conversations.Excellent communication skills.Great problem definition and problem solution tool application Preferred:Experience with projects that encouraged participation in related departments. Travel RequirementDomestic / International travel may be required.
