Role: Cyber Security Operations ManagerLocation: Newark, CA - onsite 5 days/week

Job DescriptionThe Cybersecurity Operations Manager will drive the clients' cybersecurity operations. This role will lead and support ongoing cybersecurity operations activities, fixes, incident management and projects. In this role you will represent the cybersecurity operations team and work with leaders, IT Teams, vendors and other cross functional teams to facilitate the monitoring and vulnerability management.Primary responsibility is working with Leaders, IT Teams, vendors and other cross functional team to drive cybersecurity operations workActs as a project facilitator to cross functional peers, subordinates, and senior management regarding cybersecurity operations issues, resolutions and enhancementsLead the development of cybersecurity policies, processes and the implementation of such policies and processesImplement t of cybersecurity tools and technologies supporting such policies and processesLead implementation planning, drive and monitor execution, and manage risks and issues of cybersecurity initiatives and operational activitiesProvide accurate status reporting of progress and risks of initiatives and activities to all relevant stakeholdersCommunicate effectively at organization level for cybersecurity related messagingLeverage cybersecurity understanding to drive the conversations with stakeholders and ensure all aspects are coveredCollaborate with cross functional teams to deliver on the cybersecurity initiativesDrive and implement vulnerability remediationManage infrastructure monitoring and Incident Management Response to any cybersecurity incidentsPerform analytics and reporting of cybersecurity trends and metricsSkills and QualificationsOverall 8+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years of relevant Cybersecurity or IT infrastructure experienceExperience in managing cybersecurity activities and fixesStrong infrastructure background and experience working with vendors to facilitate identifications of vulnerabilitiesWorking knowledge of cybersecurity operationsAbility to understand and articulate "What is at Stake” from cyber security perspective to the relevant stakeholders and other IT teamsWorking experience with infrastructure and cybersecurity technologies, processes and policiesProficiency in both oral and written communications (including executive level presentations)A bachelor's degree or equivalent of working experienceOther Requirements: Candidate must be current with vaccination requirements per state and Federal mandatesThe salary range provided for this contract role represents our good faith estimate for this position.
