📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Description
Do you eat, sleep, and breathe all things digital? We're looking for a Digital Product Delivery Analyst who shares our passion. This role is at the intersection of technology + automotive. As part of our team at iA American, you'll be responsible for providing client-facing support for digital platforms including iA American Portals, Menus, and Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
This role will require you to provide on-demand support for automotive dealership clients experiencing technical issues. You'll partner with the Install Team to ensure product delivery is enabled. Your expertise with both iA American and TPA (third-party administrator) products will be invaluable as you facilitate resolution by working with internal IT resources, TPAs, and third-party providers.
In addition
You'll provide support to the Install Team to set up dealers for e-rating, e-contracting, and remitting business through a variety of digital platforms. Perform triage and troubleshooting on new cases as they come in, providing solutions, initiating established processes to move towards solutions, or escalating as appropriate.Manage and maintain login credentialing for all iA American portals.
Is this you? 2-5 years experience in customer service and a technical helpdesk support role. An associate's degree or equivalent experience. It's a big plus if you've worked in automotive and have used Salesforce!
