Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated GenAI and Process Mining Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a

consultant in this role, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in generative artificial intelligence (genAI) and process mining to drive business process improvements and innovation for our clients.

GenAI Implementation:Design and implement genAI solutions to address complex business challenges.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate genAI technologies into existing systems and processes.Utilize process mining tools to analyze, visualize, and optimize business processes.Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements through a deep understanding of client workflows.Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.Provide strategic advice on how genAI and process mining can be applied to enhance business outcomes.Support pre-sales helping drive both delivery and sales pipeline for the team with hands on experience.Customize genAI models and process mining algorithms to meet specific client requirements.Configure and fine-tune tools to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.Conduct training sessions for client teams on genAI technologies and process mining methodologies.Transfer knowledge effectively to empower clients to maintain and evolve implemented solutions.Stay abreast of the latest developments in genAI, process mining, and related technologies.Evaluate and recommend new tools and methodologies to enhance our consulting services.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

5+ years experience in implementing process mining and genAI/ Deep learning or traditional AI5+ years in management consulting, or relevant industry experienceStrong programming skills, with proficiency in languages such as Python or Java.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a client-facing role.Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, engineering, business analytics, or related field.Excellent understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical models.Certification in genAI technologies or process mining tools.Experience with cloud platforms and distributed computing.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
