Business Analyst

Job Purpose

Our cutting-edge technology and innovative approach to data analysis allow us to offer our clients a unique perspective on how their investment portfolios impact the world around them, going beyond frameworks and towards direct and indirect balance sheet effects. We are currently seeking a highly motivated analyst with 1-4 years of experience to join our team in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills and can use standard database tools such as SQL and Python for business intelligence challenges and leverage these tools for applications at the intersection of financial markets and machine learning.

Responsibilities

Conducting research and analysis to identify and augment existing and newly proposed products.Work closely with experienced team members to develop and augment new Proof of Concept products.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, across multiple business domainsCreating and presenting reports to managers and stakeholdersDefining project scopes, proposals, and otherIdentifying and resolving data-related issues

Knowledge And Experience

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a quantitative field2+ years of experience as a Business AnalystExperience working with standard programming tools such as SQL, GIT, and Python, with a strong preference towards familiarity with Google Cloud environment including BigQuery.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to work independently.Excellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Schedule

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
