Solutions Architect, Business Consultant

Overview

Job Purpose

The Solution Architect creates the overall ICE solution vision for solving our customer’s business problem and pain points. They provide experience and leadership to the customer and project teams prior to and during the project lifecycle. They ensure that the delivery team is aligned to the solution vision, best practices, customer objectives goals and that business value is achieved.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight, continuity and expert guidance to customers on overall ICE solutionsProvide business and technical thought leadership to other ICE team members throughout the project lifecycleProvide design blueprint and performance analysis on overall solutionsReview, validate and align on solution design with other team membersCommunicate best practices and benefits of the solution to customers (C-Suite etc.) and other stakeholdersConduct ongoing project reviews to ensure recommended solution is on targetPotentially have tough conversations with clients to get them to do what’s right versus what clients might wantDocument and share best practice knowledge for new solutionsEstablish oneself as a trusted advisorKnowledgeable with Encompass (or other LOS), industry standard mortgage workflows and operational processes is highly desired

Knowledge And Experience

15+ years of experience in Business Consulting and Mortgage IndustryMust have excellent communication and writing skillsExcellent at understanding the problem before solvingMust be organized and able to work in a cross-team collaboration modelCapable of managing and communicating with senior level client management Must be able to handle escalations and conflict resolution

Schedule

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.
