Job Purpose

We are conducting a search for a motivated, confident and team-oriented fixed income professional to join the Trade Support Team of our well-established and growing electronic trading business. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow your e-trading knowledge while contributing your input to our evolving business.

Responsibilities

Support efficient, accurate and high-volume trade execution with attention to detail and quality control while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements including TRACE & MSRB reporting standardsFacilitate trades with a variety of securities dealers and institutional participantsWork productively and effectively with strict adherence to policies and proceduresMake consistent, informed and composed decisions using a blend of knowledge, experience and analysisIdentify opportunities to optimize client engagementReconcile trade breaks and money differencesDevelop, build and manage client relationshipsTrain clients on the system functionality and drive adoption of the platform with new and existing clients

Knowledge And Experience

2+ years fixed income experience1+ years working for or trading on a fixed income ATS or electronic trading platformElectronic fixed income domain knowledgeExceptional customer service skillsAnalytical and problem-solving skills; experienced with fixed income trading activitiesAdept listening and analytical skillsExperience with FINRA and MSRB regulations and trade reporting requirementsConfident, self-starter who embraces change and enjoys working in a fast-paced, demanding environmentPositive attitude and strong teamwork are essential Strong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to interact effectively with clients and internal partnersStrong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExperience with using trader workstation tools including Bloomberg Series 7, 63 required and Series 52 preferredBachelor’s degree required

Schedule

This role offers work from home flexibility of up to 2 days per week.

Base Salary Range for New York Candidates

The expected base salary for this role is between 100,000 - 130,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
