Responsibilities:Provide exceptional massage therapy services to clients using safe, appropriate, and effective techniques.Perform client consultations to understand their needs, recommend suitable therapies, and customize treatments.Maintain client records with accuracy, detailing treatment notes and client progress.Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment outcomes and overall client wellness.Manage scheduling and maintain flexibility to accommodate client needs.Participate in ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest massage therapy techniques and industry trends.Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism.

Requirements:Valid state license in massage therapy or other credentials required by local or state laws.Proven experience in massage therapy with a strong understanding of bodywork and wellness.Excellent interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality.Comfort with both traditional and innovative massage therapy techniques.Commitment to personal excellence, integrity, and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications:Specialization in additional wellness practices such as lymphatic drainage, sports massage, or aromatherapy.Experience working in a luxury spa or medical environment.
