Senior System Administrator

Job DescriptionAs the Senior Systems Administrator, you will work to deliver highly available systems that balance security with business needs. This role requires extensive knowledge and “hands on” experience with building and maintaining both On-Prem VMWare Server farms and Hyper-V Azure Cloud Server farms. This role also requires a “hands-on” working knowledge of Citrix farms both On-Prem and In-cloud. Position responsibilities include daily administration, monitoring, and support of 300+ Windows servers, data governance, system backups, data center environmental and disaster recovery support. The Senior Systems Administrator reports directly to the IT Infrastructure Manager and collaborates with regional and global Infrastructure teams. This position must be able to understand and problem-solve in complex situations using a wide variety of internal and external resources. This position may be required to be available after hours and on weekends. The IT Systems Administrator III will be responsible for the conception, implementation and operation of local IT solutions on a functional level, as well as enhancements of the existing local environment. This position assists in planning and implementation of Infrastructure IT projects and optimizes the working environment for the users.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $113,000Annual Bonus Target: 7%, subject to plan provisions.
