The Picker / Packer’s primary purpose is to perform production work such as picking materials and verifying items for accuracy before packing. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the standard OPH (orders per hour) by client and exceeding efficiency goals to satisfy client needs and demands.
Friday-Sunday 5pm-530am
Salary $16.50 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential for hours worked.
Responsibilities
Pick the order from the slotPut the merchandise in the boxSend it to the line (ship)Replenish products for PTL machine for the next shiftOrganize, tidy up and clean your work area and equipmentReport any errors or dysfunctions to the team leadersRespect the best practices and training guides in force on the jobCross train in other areas of the departmentOther duties as assigned
